It takes a second or two for the video to come up. Enjoy!
ReplyDelete1. How was the technology shown in the video implemented in the classroom?
ReplyDelete- Ipods were used by way of apps and podcasts in small groups to help reinforce skills in math, reading, and science. Interactive white boards allowed for hands-on student interaction in problem solving and categorizing.
2. Do you use any of the technology shown in the video in your own classroom?
- Sadly, my district does not have the financial capabilities to purchase 5 or 6 ipods for small group use. Also digital cameras and interactive whiteboards have not made it into my classroom. I have been able to use several educational video games in class (students LOVE them) and can check out clickers, which I use for "boring" ARMT and Thinklink reviews!

- I didn't see clickers on the video, which are a great tool for collecting class answers. Clickers are a great way to keep students engaged, because they act as little text messages that I can interact with and categorize on my screen.
