The seven additional blogs I have been reading are:
1. CoolCatTeacher Blog- http://coolcatteacher.blogspot.com/
2.Will Richardson-- http://willrichardson.com/
3. Larry Ferlazzo’s Websites of the Day-- http://larryferlazzo.edublogs.org/
4.Free Technology for Teachers-- http://www.freetech4teachers.com/
5.A Media Specialist’s Guide to the Internet http://mediaspecialistsguide.blogspot.com/
6.Justin Tarte- Life as an Educator...- http://justintarte.blogspot.com/
7.Teacher Tom- http://teachertomsblog.blogspot.com/

My favorite blog is Justin Tarte's - Life as an Educator....I feel like I can relate with everything he is saying. He explains his post very well, adds videos/pictures/exct. to go along with them and post additional questions that make you think.

A summary from this blog that particularly caught my attention was one titled Do tests motivate students? Justin posted a video clip from Boy Meets World. That use to be an all time favorite of mine when I was younger! The video was actually discussing a topic that we as teachers are still dealing with today (what students need to do to show their mastery of content). He posted several questions that went along with the video that were really good ones to consider. I enjoyed reading his blog and felt like he made several good points!

Google Reader is a great way to discover new teaching methods and stay updated on whats going on in the world of Education. I love it!
